717. Voice and Speech

“Voice” means the feeling that one is in the quality of “animate,” but without any clothing in the intellect.

“Speech” means that the feeling dresses in the intellect. This is called “speaking.”

Naturally, these things that are called “innovations in the Torah,” meaning with respect to the Torah that brings him toward the Creator, each time new things are renewed in him with respect to nearing the Creator.
